I am a Registered Marriage & Family Therapist Intern #IMT3342 and a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern #IMH19617 with the state of Florida. I am also a Certified professional Life Coach and an Intensive Parenting Coach. I have over 15 years of experience in the social service field. I am experienced in working with the following issues/disorders: substance abuse, anxiety, depression, parenting, self-esteem, domestic violence, social skills, and challenging behaviors in children and adolescents.
My focus is to help individuals, families, and couples heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. I achieve this by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing a treatment plan while utilizing a Solution-Focused Therapeutic approach.

Through therapy I will help you in creating realistic goals specific to your situation, to provide healthy coping skills and decrease any stress, anxiety, or tension related to parenting.
Relationship counseling can be beneficial to couples who are looking to strengthen their emotional connection, in all stages of their relationship. Therapy sessions are held with both couples and is a supportive place to discuss issues and solutions to better strengthen your relationship.
